At Fitness And More, Inc. our Personal Training Protocols are based on the exercise concepts created by Arthur Jones, inventor of Nautilus and MedX equipment. All programs are implemented by our staff of highly qualified certified Personal Trainers. The programs we use are the basis of High Intensity Training. In our experience we find our programs to be the most productive method of exercise available!
The instruction provided when combined with my unique 3-W™ Approach to Fitness, will produce maximum results in minimum time, in as little as 15 minutes, two or three times a week.
Those interested in becoming a client are scheduled for a private, FREE consultation to discuss his or her fitness goals. Then, if they choose a FREE supervised workout it is designed by of one of our trainers. It is important to us that our potential clients experience a supervised workout. The experience is very unique! All workouts are by appointment only. Each visit is supervised, one-on-one by a trainer that is assigned to each client. We offer several different prices, based on the number of workouts desired. We also include Personalized Diet Plans for each client! We are the finest in Personal Training available!
