Steve has been in the fitness industry for nearly 25 years. He is the owner of Fitness And More, Inc. and is a 1st Class Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. In 1990 he won the Mr. Southern Illinois Body Building title and was a top 5 finisher in the Mr. Midwest competition. He is the innovator of the 3-W System of Fitness and has personally supervised over 3000 workouts per year for the past ten years! Steve specializes in private 1-2-1 High Intensity Traiing sessions.
Jennifer McKinney
Jen is the Co-Owner of Fitness And More, Inc. and is a 1st Class Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Jen has redefined fitness boot camps with her innovative approach and high energy style! Totally dedicated to her clients success she conducts the most fun and fat burning group sessions available! Jen specializes in boot camps and group sessions!
Kyle Hutchason
Kyle is a 1st Class Certified Personal Trainer. Kyle’s approach to getting clients in shape includes 1-2-1 private personal training but also group kickboxing classes. With a long history in Tae Kwon Do and competitive kickboxing Kyle provides group kickboxing classes designed to kick your metabolism into high gear and really relieve stress by kicking and punching. With a style that allows you to “punch that boss that you don’t like” while punching the bag you leave the sessions feeling stress free! Kyle’s specialty is group kickboxing classes.
Mike Dawson
Mike is a 1st class Personal Fitness Trainer who is chock full of energy! A passionate trainer Mike brings a whole lot of fun to your sessions. A great encourager Mike enjoys both private 1-2-1 sessions and group boot camp sessions! Don’t slack in Mike’s classes or you’ll get “called out!!” Mike specializes in just having too much energy!
John Gunter
John is a 1st Class trainer and has been with Fitness And More, Inc. for 3 years. With a background in athletics John enjoys training athletes. His approach is combining weight training exercises with great cardio work to really make it happen! When you leave the gym after his workouts you’ll know you’ve been there! John specializes in training athletes!
Keith Book
Keith has a degree in Kinesiology from SIUE. He’s been with us for over 6 years! Well versed in speed training, rehabilitation and athletic training, Keith excels in results! He brings a unique style and a freindly personality to our team of qualified trainers!!
